The problem

A studio and label runs on bookings, payments, contractor paperwork and release dates. We needed all of it in one place from the start.

What I did

I set up an intake-to-release pipeline tied to our CRM (rate cards, contractor waivers, distribution) and ran six or more artist projects through it. I also built the Framer site, with automated booking and payment intake.

I coordinated seven creative projects at once. Team bots I set up summarised each day's progress against the SLAs we had agreed.

I ran marketing experiments, including a partnership with the UVA Student Hip-Hop Organization.

What changed

Six artist projects have gone through the pipeline so far.
